How does EdiegoSoft work?
EdiegoSoft is a clothing management system or an online management system that controls and registers the issue of individual items, such as workwear, PPE and tools.
STEP 1: LOGIN
The registered user logs in to the system with a password.
STEP 2: INDIVIDUAL SELECTION
The user sees the items that he can select and orders what he needs, provided that sufficient budget is available.
STEP 3: APPROVAL
The system can approve the order on the basis of parameters, or the manager handles the approval.
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
The relevant parties, such as the manager, user and supplier, receive a confirmation.
STEP 5: REGISTRATION AND REPORTING
Purchases are registered and managers enjoy transparency thanks to a dashboard of different reporting options.
